The reason to filter those young web hosting companies out is that it's hard to be objective without enough business performance data, 2 years should be a good time period for those companies to prove themselves and all the winner here need to consistently deliver excellent service to their customers.
Once we come out a list of candidate winner, we will ask for the votes from our web site members and our Review Board. The awards are given to the best Web Hosts in each of our Web Host Categories by tabulating the Votes.
Each Host is given a rating of 1 to 10 (10 being best) in 5 areas of performance, including Price Value, Control Panel, Customer Support, Reliability and Speed.
